About our History.
It was while working for the betterment of children in the Greater Philadelphia area that our Founder realized the necessity for children’s therapy services. Our Founder’s first-hand experience of the difficulties faced by children and their families, set the ground for the creation of Milestone Therapy Group. A place dedicated to bettering children’s lives with abundant love and care and of course, the right therapy.
The drive to create happier and healthier childhoods is what brought us into existence, and it is what you’ll experience across every one of the expert therapy services offered here at Milestone Therapy Group.

Our highly-skilled team of Speech and Occupational Therapists are fully licensed to practice in the State of Pennsylvania and provide some of the highest quality medically-based ST and OT treatments in Philadelphia, greater Philadelphia and the Main Line area. Our team of professionals have helped thousands of infants and children with therapy services, and we look forward to serving you.
Our combined experience includes children’s hospitals, rehabilitation units, clinics, schools, nursing homes/long-term care facilities and private home settings throughout the United States and overseas.
For your convenience, our practice accepts most insurance plans and Pennsylvania Medicaid/Access plans for speech and occupational therapy services in Philadelphia, greater Philadelphia and the Main Line area.
